Vine
 This
restaurant, located inside the Lotte hotel at City Hall, is
a wine lover's dream come true. You can have 2 oz. wine samplers
with each course. Or, you can choose three different wines for
tasting throughout dinner and what an extensive wine list they
have! Their temperature-controlled cave holds up to 3000 bottles
of wine and there 450 kinds of wines to choose from.The reason
they can afford to offer so many wine samplers is because they
can keep opened bottles fresh due to a special compressor machine
that was flown in from overseas. The cuisine is European. There
are soups, Magret de Canard, and other French inspired dishes.
You can also get more casual fare such as sandwiches and burgers.
The updated look of the Lotte is much more pleasant than the
roccoco atmosphere that the hotel had in previous years. This
place is popular for business gatherings and special occasions
as it is a bit on the expensive side. Lunch is from 12:00-15:00
and dinner is from 18:00-22:00 $$$$
